Enzo and Mariachiara, vet and lawyer, have always had a passion for the countryside. Over the years they have lived in various villages in Abruzzo — mainly between Chieti and Pescara — always sharing their professional knowledge with the local community. For the last twenty years they have lived in the countryside with a flare for hospitality that makes them always stand out. They offer a B&B accomodation and, upon request, the typical Abruzzian cookery. Today they run the lodge passionately with a unique touch that makes visitors say: “I will surely be back soon”.

At only 45’ (27 mi) from the top of the Maiella (top range ski and trekking resort in the Appenins).
Only 15’ from the bus and train station, 10’ from the Abruzzo airport and 20’ away from one of the most famous golf courses in Italy (Miglianico). Close to the lodge, you can also find “La Madonnina”, a dog training center.
From both sea and mountains, between Chieti and Pescara, Abruzzo is full of opportunities to experience and discover.

From the highway
- A24 from Roma: towards Pescara, exit at Villanova.
- A14 from Bari: towards Bologna. Then exit Pescara Ovest/Chieti, follow direction Roma/L'Aquila at Km 378 and exit at Villanova.
- A14 from Ancona: towards Bari. Then exit Città Sant'Angelo/Pescara Nord, follow direction Roma/L'Aquila at Km 377 and exit at Villanova.
At the toll turn immediately to the left direction Pescara and Spoltore, and reset km counter. After 2,5 km you'll find 2 consecutive crossroads, and continue for Pianella/Moscufo. When your km counter is on 5,3 km, you can see the guesthouse label. Take the path to the right (via d’Urbani) and after 50m on the left you will arrive at the rural guesthouse.
